"Last summer while looking for a house, a friend showed us the home she had just bought. It had been built by Diane McGroarty of Diana Homes, Inc. There were so many details we liked about it that we decided to call her and set up a meeting. To my surprise, she was able to meet with us right away. We discussed the features we wanted, the size we needed and the price we could afford. Over the course of the next month, Diane showed us the lots she had available, the contract was signed and the plans were drawn up.
Her homes are very well constructed, and have many extras--higher ceilings, the crown moulding, the rounded corners, the alarm system, the under the counter lighting and the open feeling her plans incorporate. This construction is a result of her seeking out and employing a very time efficient, trustworthy and quality group of sub-contractors. Knowing this, and the fact that Diane was always available to our project, made it possible for us to relax during it's construction."
